Paula's Journey
Born in Romania, Paula Aradi's passion for skincare was ignited in Europe, where she studied at some of the continent's most prestigious aesthetic institutes. Over 22 years of training, experience, and industry expertise, she mastered the art of personalized facial treatments rooted in the European tradition of skincare, wellness, and natural beauty.
Paula brought this expertise to Arlington, founding Eyes on Skin Spa with a singular mission: to deliver European-standard skincare that doesn't compromise on science, luxury, or personal attention. What began as a vision has become a sanctuary where clients return again and again, not just for the treatments, but for the transformative experience and visible results.

Born in Romania, Paula brings over 22 years of training, experience, and industry expertise. Her philosophy of customized, results-driven care — rooted in the European tradition of skincare, wellness, and natural beauty — shapes every treatment at Eyes on Skin Spa.
Devin
Master Esthetician
Devin completed her journey at Dermal Science International and brings four years of hands-on experience. She specializes in clinical, results-driven treatment plans with deep relaxation — and is known among clients for her "magic touch" in massage.
Cassie Downing
Corrective Skincare Specialist
A graduate of the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute, Cassie takes a whole mind-body approach — going beyond external symptoms to understand the root cause of skin imbalances. She is passionate about corrective skincare and helping clients achieve lasting transformations.
Alyssa
Licensed Esthetician
With seven years as a licensed esthetician, Alyssa brings a unique blend of advanced skincare knowledge and a social work background. Trained in Hungarian massage techniques and previously specializing in corrective treatments for acne and pigmentation in Chicago, she is the newest member of the Eyes on Skin team.
Wendy Roberts, CANP
Nurse Practitioner
A certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of clinical experience, Wendy brings a holistic approach to wellness with a strong background in Rheumatology, Gynecology, Functional Medicine, and Esthetics. Her deep understanding of skin science from a medical perspective — combined with advanced certifications in Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP, and PDO Threads — makes her an invaluable part of the Eyes on Skin team.
