Is there an initiation fee?
Yes — there is a one-time initiation fee of $75 at signing, regardless of which membership you choose. This covers your VISIA skin analysis consultation and membership setup.
What's included in the membership?
Both memberships include: your monthly facial treatment, 10% off add-on treatments, 10% off products, two 20%-off guest vouchers for friends or family, exclusive member promotions, complimentary annual VISIA skin analysis, and priority booking. The only difference is the facial itself — European Facial members receive a 60-minute signature facial, while HydraFacial members choose their preferred tier.
How do guest vouchers work?
Each membership includes two guest vouchers per year. Your guest receives 20% off any facial treatment. It's a great way to share the experience with someone you care about.
Can I switch between HydraFacial tiers?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your HydraFacial tier with 30 days notice. You can also switch between the European Facial and HydraFacial tracks.
What's the cancellation policy?
After the initial commitment period, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No hidden fees or penalties. We want you to stay because you love our treatments, not because you're locked in.
What happens if I miss my monthly treatment?
Unused treatments within a given month do not roll over. We recommend scheduling your appointment early each month. If you anticipate missing a treatment, contact us to discuss options.
What is the VISIA skin analysis?
VISIA is a clinical-grade imaging system that maps your skin's condition — spots, wrinkles, texture, pores, UV damage, and more. It gives us a baseline to track your progress and tailor treatments over time. Members receive this complimentary once per year.
Is there a limit to my discounts?
No! Your 10% discount applies to all qualifying add-on treatments and products purchased during your membership. This includes laser treatments, peels, serums, and skincare products.
Do packages expire?
All service packages expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after that date are forfeited.
